Woman stabbed to death in capital city, husband on the run

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A woman was stabbed to death at Peringamala in Palode. She has been identified as Nazila Beegum (42) of Peringamala Parangimam Vila Noufar Manzil. Her husband Abdul Raheem is absconding. An investigation is on to find the reason for the murder. Raheem is a clerk at ITI in Chakkai in the capital city.

Nazila was found dead when her mother opened the door of her bedroom at 7 am Thursday morning. The Palode police reached the spot on being informed by the locals. Rural SP also reached the spot.
