SRI NAGAR: Security forces have killed three militants in connection with the terror attack that killed a Kashmiri Pandit government official in Budgam on Thursday.
Three terrorists died in an encounter that broke out in Brar Aragam area of Bandipora in Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu Kashmir police was also a part of this operation.

Rahul Bhatt, a Revenue Department official, was killed in an attack on the tehsildar's office in Chadura on Thursday. Security forces cordoned off the area following a tip-off that terrorists were hiding in the Brar Aragam area.
On Wednesday, security forces clashed in the Salinder forest area of Bandipora district with members of the Lashkar-e-Taiba militant group. One terrorist was killed and two others escaped. Those escaped militants were caught by security forces in today's clash.
