Covid cases continue to increase in Kerala; 3253 persons test positive on Friday, seven deaths

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala has witnessed a surge in Covid cases on Friday as well. As many as 3253 persons test positive for Covid in the last 24 hours. Seven Covid deaths were also reported in the state in the last 24 hours. Four of the dead were from Kottayam and three from Ernakulam. Ernakulam reported the highest number of Covid patients on Friday (841). Thiruvananthapuram reported 641 cases, while Kottayam reported 409 cases.
