KOCHI: A new bench will consider the plea filed by the actress, who was the survivor of the attack, against the transfer of the trial of the actress' attack case to the Principal Sessions Court. Justice Ziyad Rehman will consider the plea of ​​the actress. Earlier, the petition was to be considered by Justice Kauser Edappagath.

On the demand of the actress who was the victim of the attack, Justice Kauser withdrew from considering the petition. The same judge has withdrawn from considering the petition on the demand of the actress earlier as well.
