Alphonse Puthran’s ‘Gold’ gets a final release date, film will hit the theatres on Dec 1

Prithviraj starrer ‘Gold’ is a much-anticipated film by fans. Now, producer Listin Stephen has announced the release date of the film through his Facebook page. The film will hit the theatres on December 1. The film was set to release on Onam but was postponed at the last minute. Listin has shared an interesting note along with his post.

'I have seen many twists but only in movies. Now there are twists even for film release. ‘Gold’ will be released on December 1 for the audience. God, no more twists please. Don’t blame me for change in release date.', wrote the producer. 'Gold' is director Alphonse Puthran’s film after ‘Premam’.

Nayanthara is the heroine in the film. Cinematography is handled by Anand C Chandran. Ajmal Ameer, Krishna Shankar, Sabareesh Verma, Vinay Fort, Roshan Mathew, Mallika Sukumaran, Lalu Alex, Jagadish, Saiju Kurup, Suresh Krishna, Shanthi Krishna and Prem Kumar are among the film cast.
