KOCHI: Nimisha surpassed the scares of cancer that affected her at the tender age of thirteen. It was not an easy run. Whatever the predicament, the little girl had the cojones to put up a fight. After years, when Nithin got into an alliance with Nimisha, he had no second thoughts but just to tie the knot unifying them. The life that was running away has been forced back by the grit and hope espoused by this pair. Now adding a cherry to the topping, the couple has been blessed with twins. Nithin who is a professional musician these days named his daughter Violin and Viola. That latter is the Italian for violin.

Her diagnosis told her to not expect kids in life, but happiness found a wiggle room to enter into Nimisha's life through the arrival of twins. While studying in the eighth standard, cancer came uninvited to tear apart her beautiful childhood. She was under the watch of Dr C N Mohanan from March 20, 2009. Nimisha was unaware of her disease. Once on a visit to her doctor, she took a good look at the signboard which spelled the panicking few letters— CANCER.

Nimisha was consoled by her mother who contorted the disease to fever just to make her daughter remain free from any horrifying thoughts. But fate had it coming as radiation and other treatments went their usual business on her life, shortening her valuable school years. Later she joined St Alberts higher secondary school for humanities. Albeit being a reticent girl she was quick to garner the attention of her classmate Nithin. The friends started talking and later one day, Nithin one day asked about the reason for Nimisha's oddly looking short hair. Nimshsa couldn't reveal it for fear of losing her best friend so she kept silent while her teacher gave the answer to Nithin.

Over the years, Nithin turned out to be a banking professional. breaking all odds, his love for Nimisha remained intact and he expressed his wish to his family. Nimisha was ambiguous and consulted the issue with her doctor who encouraged her to commit to marriage. On September 22, 2019, Nithin married Nimisha. Later on 2021 September 13, the couple got blessed with twin daughters. Nimisha now works as a kindergarten teacher in Aluva.
