Budget neglects elderly, no increase in social welfare pension; ineligible will be exempted, says FM

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The presentation of the second full budget of the second Pinarayi government is progressing. There is no increase in the welfare pension of Rs 1600. The minister also clarified that social welfare pension will exempt the ineligible.
