KATHMANDU: 14 Indians died when their bus fell into a river in Nepal. Several people were also reported injured. A bus carrying 40 people overturned into the Marsyanthi river in Tanahan district. The accident site is 110 km from the capital Kathmandu. The bus, FT 7623 with Uttar Pradesh registration, was involved in the accident. This was a bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara.
Last month, two buses were involved in a landslide in Nepal's Chitwan district. Seven Indians died in the accident. The accident happened on July 12. There were 65 passengers. Five bodies have been found so far.
