Drishyam 3 not to release on April 2; producers announce new release date

Drishyam 3, starring Mohanlal and directed by Jeethu Joseph, is one of the most-awaited Malayalam films this year. The movie was earlier scheduled to release on April 2 as a Vishu-Easter release. However, it has now been confirmed that the movie will not hit screens on that date. The producers, Aashirvad Cinemas, have officially announced a change in schedule. As per the latest update, the film is now set to release in theatres on May 21.

The release date is special as it coincides with the birthday of Mohanlal. Along with the poster, Aashirvad Cinemas shared a line that reads, “The past never stays silent, it only waits.” However, the makers have not revealed the reason for postponing the release.
