‘Jayaram is totally handicapped in that way’, says Parvathy

Parvathy, actress and wife of Jayaram said that she has enjoyed every moment of her 36-year long journey with him. Parvathy also responded that she hopes that God will bless and allow to continue for 100 years like this. Jayaram completed 59 years the other day. Many wished the actor, who is entering 60, a happy birthday.

Parvathy said that every year, she and her children gives a birthday surprise for Jayaram. ‘However, this time, it was not possible as it was their son Kalidas' wedding. Jayaram is someone who doesn't even go shopping by himself. Jayaram himself often says that he can't do anything without her. So, in that way Jayaram is totally handicapped.

Whenever I see Jayaram, he is often of different ages. When he sits with children, he turns a 25-year-old youth. When he goes to a place where a temple fest is on and listens to Chendamelam, he behaves like an 18-year-old boy. But, if we go for a trip and asks him to enter an amusement park, Jayaram will act like a 70-year-old grandfather. I have seen him at different ages,’ she said.

Kalidas Jayaram got married to model Tarini Kalingarayar. The two tied the knot after being in a relationship for three years. Their relationship became public when Tarini attended the Onam celebrations at Kalidas' house in 2022. Tarini, a native of the Nilgiris, was crowned Miss Tamil Nadu and Miss South India first runner-up in 2019. She became the third runner-up in Miss Universe India in 2021. She also participated in the Miss Diva Universe beauty pageant in 2022. She has a degree in Visual Communication.
