Car carrying passengers to Palani collides with bus, four of capital city killed in accident

CHENNAI: Four Keralites including three of a family were killed in an accident that happened at Thoothukudi in Tamil Nadu. A group of eight devotees and natives of the capital city met with the accident. The accident happened when the team belonging to Chalai met with the accident on their way to Palani.

Ashokan, his wife Shailaja and grandson one-year-old Aarav are those killed. The fourth person has not been identified. The condition of another person is serious. The car lost control and hit a bus after the car’s tyre burst. Two died on the spot. The family were proceeding to Palani for an offering in the name of the child.
