'Problems with Unni Mukandan and manager resolved'; will not interfere in police case, says FEFKA 

KOCHI: FEFKA said that the issue between actor Unni Mukundan and his former manager Vipin Kumar has been resolved. General Secretary Director B Unnikrishnan informed that the two were brought together and the issue was resolved. He added that the organization will not interfere in the complaint filed by Vipin with the police. B Unnikrishnan said that Unni Mukundan's statement that Vipin was not his manager and that there were some complaints against Vipin in the organization was wrong.

Former manager Vipin Kumar had filed a complaint alleging that Unni Mukundan had assaulted him. It is alleged that Unni Mukundan had assaulted him after questioning his positive review of Tovino Thomas' film 'Narivetta'. However, Unni Mukundan had denied this. Vipin's statement is that he was assaulted on the afternoon of May 26 at the actor's flat. The complainant alleges that he was beaten on the face, head and chest and that he was verbally abused.

However, Unni Mukundan said that he did not assault Vipin Kumar and that Vipin was spreading fake info about him. Manager Vipin Kumar has stated in his complaint filed with the Infopark police that he was beaten up because he had posted a note praising the movie Narivetta. The assault took place at his flat in Kakkanad. The complaint was filed with the Infopark police. The complainant has been working with Unni Mukundan for the past several years.
