Strangled after giving alcohol? more news from police report

ALAPPUZHA: Police in their preliminary report doubt that Kala was strangled to death after being forced to consume alcohol. It is also suspected that Kala was picked up by her husband Anil in the car from Ernakulam. Meanwhile, the other accused stated that it was just Anil alone in the car during the time, but the police are not buying this claim.

The accused entered the car only after Kala turned into her inebriated condition after consuming alcohol. The police concluded that Kala was killed by Anil and other accused at Perumpuzha bridge. The police did not bother to reveal who the car belonged to or what was done with the car after the incident.

With certain body parts yet to be recovered, police are looking to extend their search to other locations. Soman, who took the remains of the body from the septic tank, told the media that there was no possibility of getting anything more from it.
