Pinarayi Vijayan can lead India, K-Rail is needed for Kerala's development: KV Thomas

THRIKKAKARA: Congress leader KV Thomas said that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is a person who can lead India. He was speaking at the LDF election convention in Thrikkakara. "Kerala needs K-Rail for development. Crisis is common when it comes to such projects. Pinarayi Vijayan has the strength to overcome this crisis", KV Thomas said.

KV Thomas also criticized the UDF for fielding a namesake opponent against Joe Joseph in Thrikkakara. KV Thomas arrived at the venue during the Chief Minister's inaugural address at the LDF convention in Palarivattom. LDF convener EP Jayarajan received KV Thomas by adorning him with a shawl.

At the same time, Pinarayi Vijayan said that Thrikkakara has got a good opportunity. "The constituency is ready to respond as Kerala wants. Its concern can be seen in the UDF centres. Thrikkakara has become a by-election that's being noticed even at the national level", he said.
