Video of BJP MLA watching porn during assembly session goes viral; party demands explanation

AGARTHALA: A BJP MLA was allegedly caught while watching porn during the assembly session in Tripura. The video of MLA Jadhav Lal Nath of Tripura's Bagbassa constituency is going viral on social media.

It is alleged that the MLA was watching the porn video while the discussion on state budget was progressing in the assembly. In the video he can be seen scrolling through a feed of video clips, pausing and intently watching a clip that appears to be pornographic, on his phone while the speaker and other MLAs were speaking. The video was captured by someone sitting behind him. The BJP has asked an explanation from the MLA regarding the incident. Jadhav, who left the place after the meeting, has not yet commented on the issue.

A similar incident happened to BJP MLAs in Karnataka in 2012 which became controversial. They watched porn videos during the assembly session. Following this, Laxman Savadi, who was the Minister for Cooperation, and CC Patil, the Minister for Women and Child Welfare, resigned.
