KOCHI: ISL club Kerala Blasters has made alterations in club management. Frank Dauwen, hitherto served as the assistant coach in Blasters will lead the team to the upcoming super cup. Blasters were forced to this decision after All India Football Federation raised a red flag over the pitch invasion drama under Serbian coach Ivan Vukomanovic during the last season. Ivan was served a ban by the federation.

Dauwen has exepreicne coaching a roster of talented palyers. Luna, a marquee signing and fan favorite has a well-go relationship with Dauwen adding to Blaster's hopes for silverware in the super cup. Dauwen has expertise working in Belgium and has handled clubs including KFCO Beerschot.

Meanwhile, AIFF has fined Vukomanovic Rs 5 lakh and the club Rs 4 crore for the sudden call to end the match midway with utter disrespect for the referee's stance in the game. The coach and club made a public apology regarding the misconduct but AIFF is not relenting in its stance. Kerala Blasters looks ahead to move with an appeal to fight the AIFF decision.
