Vande Bharat regular service from April 28, service for six days a week; Railway releases timetable

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Vande Bharat train has been allowed a stop at Shoranur. The railway board has issued an order affirming the same. Meanwhile, stops were not allotted at Chengannur and Tirur.

Vande Bharat train has nine stops in Kerala, they are Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Shoranur, Kozhikode, Kannur and Kasaragod. The authorities also informed that the time schedule has been arranged in such a way that it takes 8 hours and 5 minutes to reach Kasargod from Thiruvananthapuram.

The train will leave Thiruvananthapuram at 5.20 am. It will reach Kollam at 6.07 am, Kottayam at 7.25 am, Ernakulam at 8.17 am, Thrissur at 9.22 am, Shoranur at 10.02 am, Kozhikode at 11.03 am and Kannur at 12.03 pm. The train will reach Kasaragod at 1.25 pm. and will return from Kasaragod at 2.30 pm. There will be no service on Thursday.
