Sexual approach on lady passenger inside bus, retired district judge arrested

PEROORKADA: A man was arrested on charges of abusing a lady passenger on a bus with sexual innuendos. Shockingly, the arrested one is no ordinary but a retired district judge. Kilimanoor native Ramababu(62) was arrested by Mananthala police. The incident happened on Thursday morning at 11:30 am.

Ramababu boarded the bus from Kilimanoor. The lady passenger was seated alone and it gave leeway for him to move ahead with oblique remarks. The lady withstood the assault for a long but broke down when the bus reached Keshavadasapuram. Ramababu was arrested after the bus workers reported the case to the police station. The court later gave him bail.
