NEW DELHI: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi criticized the BJP for portraying Rahul Gandhi as Ravana. She questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President JP Nadda, asking whether they were taking politics and debate to a level of degeneracy. Priyanka Gandhi made these remarks in X.
Priyanka Gandhi also pointed out that both of them appeared to endorse a post shared on the official BJP page. The BJP had shared a post that linked Rahul Gandhi with billionaire George Soros, who has been allegedly involved in activities deemed anti-national. The post was captioned as 'Ravan of the new age', and it claimed that Rahul's objective was to work against Dharma and Bharat, aiming to destroy India. Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal responded, calling this action by the BJP shameful.
