rajini-kamal-haasan-film

It had to be destiny that the two luminaries in the Tamil film industry met again in the same studio after a long 21 years. Kamal Haasan is currently acting in the movie 'Indian 2' while Rajinikanth is busy with 'Thalaiver 170'. Apparently, both of the movies are being filmed at the same studio which made the two behemoths in Indian cinema pat each other and indulge in some friendly talks.

In 2002, Rajini's 'Baba' and Kamal Haasan's 'Panchatanthiram' were filmed in the same studio. The two stars, who are also best buddies, hugged each other and talked for a while. Sources say they also talked about their past, their times shooting together and their current projects. The footage of the two sharing friendship after such a long hiatus is going viral on social media.

Indian 2 is the sequel to Shankar's superhit film 'Indian' released in 1996. Kamal Haasan plays the role of 90-year-old Senapati. Kajal Aggarwal is the heroine. The shooting of Indian 2 started in 2019. Rakul Preet Singh and Priya Bhavani Shankar are the other stars of the film. The big-budget film is produced by Subhaskaran's Lyca Productions, Kamal Haasan's Raj Kamal Films and Udayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies.

Thalaivar 170 is Rajinikanth's new film after theblockbuster 'Jailer'. Produced by Lyca Productions, this Big-budget film stars Rajinikanth and Manju Warrier in an important role along with Indian cinema's Big B Amitabh Bachchan.
