Five lakh subscribers on YouTube! Dancer Anupama's arrest in Oyoor case shocks followers

KOLLAM: Earlier on Saturday, three from a family were arrested for the infamous Oyoor kidnapping case. K R Padmakumar (52), his wife M R Anithakumari (45) and daughter Anupama (20) have been arrested after some days of uncertainty.

Anupama is a social media influencer with more than 5 lakh followers base. Anupama Pathman is a dancer and is very active on YouTube and Facebook.

So far, 381 videos have been uploaded on her YouTube channel. Interestingly, all the videos are presented in English, a far cry approach from the usually seen practice among Malayali YouTube influencers. Most of her videos are viral across the social media platform with some even going far beyond 10 million views. Anupama, also an animal lover last posted her video in October.

Anupama cared for stray dogs and usually brought home the dogs abandoned by owners. In recent times, she informed her followers about the financial strangling and asked for help to take care of all the dogs.
