Charge Sheet filed against K Vidya, who drew govt salary for job obtained using forged documents

KASARGOD: The police filed a charge sheet against former SFI leader K Vidya in the Karinthalam college forgery case. Vidya is the only accused in the case. The police said that she did not get the help of anyone to make the fake document. In the charge sheet, the police have mentioned that Vidya received the salary of the government through the work obtained using forged documents. The Nileswaram police filed the charge sheet in the Hozdurg court. Vidya has been charged with forgery, fraud and tampering with evidence.


The reason for the incident was that Vidya presented a fake experience certificate in the name of Ernakulam Maharaja's College for an interview for the post of Malayalam guest lecturer at Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College at Attapadi in Palakkad. The document produced by Vidya was that she had been working in this manner for the last few years at Maharaja's College. The college authorities who were suspicious informed Maharajas College and the college authorities filed a complaint with the police. Vidya is a former student of Maharajas College.
