'A Match in Heaven': Sachin Tendulkar rolls back years, plays gully cricket with Uri boys

SRINAGAR: Indian cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar’s legendary footwork was again on display as he played gully cricket in Uri with local boys. This is Tendulkar’s first-ever visit to the valley. Sachin Tendulkar posted a video of his gully cricket with the title 'Cricket and Kashmir, A Match in Heaven'.

Security forces were also present with Sachin to witness the master on crease again. Seeing the master blaster on their turf, the locals also poured in to catch a glimpse of the game. The video is currently getting big reactions from social media. Sachin also visited the bat manufacturing factory at Chauras in Srinagar. Kashmiri willow bats are popular even among cricketers.

Sachin was accompanied by his wife Anjali and daughter Sara. The legendary cricketer also visited the Indian Army officials on a visit TO Kaman Aman Setu - Friendship Bridge, which is the last border between India and Pakistan.
