WB CM Mamata Banerjee suffers major head injury, hospitalized; keep her in your prayers, says TMC

KOLKATA: West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress president Mamata Banerjee has suffered a major in an accident, the Trinamool Congress (TMC) said on Thursday. Hospital pictures of Mamata has been shared on TMC's account on X.

“Our chairperson @MamataOfficial sustained a major injury. Please keep her in your prayers,” the party wrote.

According to reports, Mamata met with an accident at home where he slipped and hit her forehead on furniture. In the pictures shared on X, Mamata's forehead can be seen bleeding


Mamata Banerjee is currently admitted in Kolkata's SSKM Hospital.
