THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Complaint by German woman Ulrich to the Commissioner alleging that SV Shishir, Deputy Commissioner (Intelligence) of the State GST Commissionerate is trying to extort her property. Ulrich's complaint is that Sishir and his accomplices are trying to extort the Ayurvedic homestay of her mother Heidelinde Marie Glemnitz.
Kerala Kaumudi had earlier reported that Sishir kept black magic articles in the tax tower at Karamana, the headquarters of the state GST department.
What the complaint says: Sishir's uncle G Jayakumaran Nair and Heidelinde were married. Heidelinde ran a homestay called Arnika Ayurvedic Intensive at Kalliyoor Kakkamoola. Since foreigners cannot run the company, Jayakumaran Nair was made the shareholder. Ulrich came to Thiruvananthapuram in November 2022 after Jayakumaran Nair informed her that her mother was ill. Ulrich tried to sell the homestay to pay for her mother's treatment, but her nephews Shishir and Srikanth did not allow it. Heidelinde died last September. According to the complaint, they are involved in the death of Ulrich's mother and their plan is to kill Ulrich who is the heir and take over the property. Unbeknownst to Ulrich, Sishir and Srikanth have invested Rs 1 crore by using the homestay employees Cherupushpam and Shobha as benami. According to the complaint, Ulrich, who had come to take care of Jayakumaran Nair, who is undergoing cancer treatment, was not allowed to enter the house.
Meanwhile, a vigilance probe is underway into a complaint about Shishir's financial dealings in the capital.
