Restaurant security guards rough up food delivery boy in Kesavadasapuram

thiruvananthapuram-

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An employee of an online food distribution platform was manhandled by the security guards of a restaurant in the capital city. The incident took place on Tuesday at a private hotel on Ulloor Road in Kesavadasapuram. A teen named Abhimayu was beaten up by guards over a petty altercation over parking vehicles.

When the youngster reached the hotel on his bike to take orders, the security guards were busy guiding another car out of the parking space. They asked the youngster to keep the bike away, so the car could easily get out of the space. The youngster moved his bike as per instructions but the guards didn’t allow him to enter the hotel even after the car was moved. This led to a small altercation, which later saw six guards taking turns to mercilessly beat up the youngster. The video of the visual has also gone viral on social media.

However, the medical college police have not yet received any complaint regarding the skirmish. It is also reported that the youngster complained to his company, but it was later talked to a truce by authorities. The hotel officials have not commented on the incident.
