Vishal Rahul, gangster in Haryana, habitual offender, fired shots at Salman Khan’s home

MUMBAI: More information has surfaced on the suspects who fired shots at the house of Bollywood star Salman Khan. The CCTV visuals of two people were released soon after the incident. The national media reported that the accused are noted gangsters of Haryana. The footage shows Vishal Rahul, shooter of Rohit Godara, a gang leader associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Hours after the shooting outside Salman Khan's Galaxy apartment, jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's brother Anmol Bishnoi claimed responsibility for the attack and shared a social media post. The post said that this was just a trailer.

Vishal Rahul is a notorious criminal

The police said Vishal Rahul, who is clearly visible in the CCTV footage, is a notorious criminal in Haryana. Vishal, who has only a 10th standard education, is based in Gurugram and conducts goonda activities. He is involved in theft and extortion from childhood. There is even a murder case against him. Nearly five cases have been registered in his name in Gurugram and Delhi.

Vishal's group was involved in the recent murder of a bookie in Rohtak on the instructions of Lawrence Bishnoi. Vishal shot the bookie. The CCTV footage of this was released. The victim's mother was also shot in the attack. Vishal was also involved in the February 29 murder at a dhaba on the national highway in Rohtak.

After the shooting at Salman Khan's house, the Delhi Police Special Cell team visited Vishal's house in Gurugram this morning. The police have started a detailed investigation into the incident. Haryana and Delhi Police have started investigation in the case.
