NEW DELHI: 16-year-old has been arrested for allegedly hiring goons to kill his father, Muhammad Naeem, a businessman in Patti, Punjab. Last Thursday, Naeem was shot dead by a three-member gang on a bike. Following an investigation by the police, the truth emerged. The police have arrested the goons responsible for Naeem's murder, identified as Piyush Pal, Subham Soni, and Priyanshu. Upon questioning, the accused revealed that the boy had arranged for the murder. Subsequently, the boy confessed to the crime.
According to the police, the boy admitted to hiring the goons for Rs 6 lakh, promising them the remainder after the deed was done. He claimed that his father neglected his financial needs, which drove him to take this extreme step out of anger. The police also discovered instances where the son had previously stolen money from Naeem's businesses and attempted to harm his father. He was transferred to juvenile home.
