Construction worker dies of sunstroke in Thiruvananthapuram; suffered burns all over body

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In a tragic incident, a construction worker died of sunstroke in Parassla in Thiruvananthapuram. The incident happened at a construction site in Plamootukada in Parassala. Francis (55), a native of Kanjampazhanji, Mavilakadavu, collapsed and died due to sunstroke.

Work was going on at the site by allowing the workers to rest during the hot afternoon. However, Francis collapsed here due to extreme heat. Although he was immediately rushed to the Parassala Taluk Hospital, his life could not be saved.
