Binoy sexually abused her even after abortion, shocking findings against accused

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There are some shocking findings in the suicide of Instagram influencer in Thiruvananthapuram. Reports said Binoy, a native of Nedumangad, arrested in the case, had raped the girl and then forcibly gave her pills for abortion. Even after abortion, he raped her many times. He then with the help of his friends defamed the girl on social media. The police report said the girl committed suicide following depression.

Binoy took the girl to a resort in Varkala and raped her. The police said that the girl and Binoy, who met through Instagram, were in a relationship for two years. The police informed the court that she was sexually abused at the resort and at home. They severed ties five months ago and after this she was abused on social media.

The police requested the court that they want him in custody for three days to conduct further investigation into the incident, find the vehicles carrying the girl to many places and collect evidence from other places. Meantime, the defense argued that Binoy was framed in the case to save someone else.

The girl, who was depressed after breaking up with Binoy, attempted suicide on June 10. She died while undergoing treatment in Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital on June 16.
