Malpe team arrives for rescue operations, explains mission, to reach depth of 100 ft

ANKOLA: A team of local divers, who reached Shirur to find Arjun, had participated in many similar missions before. There are eight people in the group called 'Eshwar Malpe' from Malpe near Uduppi. They reached Shirur Saturday morning with various equipment.

Eshwar, the head of the group, said that he had intervened in many situations similar to the underflow in Gangavali. He said they came for the mission based on the intervention of the SP and DySP. Around a thousand bodies of various accidents have been recovered from Karnataka.
