Minister V Sivankutty to inaugurate commemoration of 43rd death anniversary of Editor K Sukumaran on Wednesday

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister V Sivankutty will inaugurate the commemoration of the 43rd death anniversary of Kerala Kaumudi founder editor K Sukumaran on Wednesday. The function is organised by the Kerala Kaumudi Non-Journalists' Association. The function will be held at the Kerala Kaumudi premises in Pettah at 10 am. Former Minister C Divakaran will preside over the ceremony. Opposition Leader VD Satheesan will deliver the keynote address. MLA V Joy will also speak at the function. The Editor K. Sukumaran Memorial Award and Kshemanidhi Award will be distributed during the function. Kerala Kaumudi Non-Journalists' Association President V. Balagopal will extend a welcome address, while General Secretary K.S. Sabu will propose the vote of thanks.
