Loka Kerala Sabha member and wife die in accident in Tamil Nadu

KOLLAM: A Malayalee couple was killed in an accident that happened in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. They have been identified as Dhanapal alias Anil (59) and Jalaja Dhanapal (51) hailing from Veliyam in Kollam.

The couple, permanent residents of Vishakhapatnam, were proceeding to their native place. Their two children and driver, who were in the car along with them, escaped miraculously. Dhanapal had served as Vishakhapatnam Malayalee Association president and member of Loka Kerala Sabha.

The bodies will be cremated in their home premises after the post-mortem. Their children Ashwathy and Anush are studying in 12th and 10th classes.
