NEW DELHI: The BJP has raised a new controversy over the visit of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to a nightclub in Kathmandu, Nepal. The recent controversy is that during his visit to Telangana, he asked the Congress leaders in the state what he should saywhile addressing the farmers. BJP leader Amit Malviya tweeted that this would be the case if he was involved in political activities in between foreign trips and nightclub visits.
Before addressing the farmers in Telangana, Rahul Gandhi asked what he should say during a meeting with Congress leaders. BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya had also released footage of the incident. The video shows Rahul Gandhi asking leaders what is the main issue today and what he should say. Rahul Gandhi arrived in Telangana on Friday for a two-day visit. He was speaking at a public meeting in Warangal addressing the problems of farmers. Following Amit Malviya's tweet, other BJP leaders also criticised Rahul.
Yesterday, Rahul Gandhi before his rally in Telangana, supposedly in solidarity with farmers, asks what is the theme, क्या बोलना है! 🤦♂️

This is what happens when you do politics in between personal foreign trips and nightclubbing…
Such exaggerated sense of entitlement. pic.twitter.com/NdRBDlGNK3
