Case against former investigating official for sleazy remarks against Walayar girls, action on mother’s complaint

PALAKKAD: A case has been registered against a former investigating official of Walayar case. The court has taken a suo motu case against SP M J Sojan. The case was recorded by Palakkad POCSO Court.

The complaint alleged that Sojan made sleazy remarks defaming the Valayar girls. The complainant is the girls’ mother.

Sojan had said that the children are also responsible for being sexually abused. The mother's complaint said that he spoke to the media in such a way that the girls enjoyed the abuse.
