KOCHI: Kalolsavam should not turn a venue for extravaganza. Unhealthy competitions are taking place. The high court said many poor children are unable to participate in the arts festival despite their ability. The high court’s assessment was when the State School Kalolsavam is scheduled to start on January 3 in Kozhikode.
The court directed public education secretary to take action against the organizers in case of accidents in between the fest. The court also stated that there should be such an organization that does not adversely affect the performance of the contestants.
