Appointment of Priya Varghese; Governor is saying nonsense, should respond according to his position, CM lashes out at Arif Mohammad Khan

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has come out against Governor Arif Muhammad Khan regarding the appointment of Priya Varghese. CM alleged that the Governor is saying nonsense. He also added that Governor should make statements according to his position.

The Governor had said that how come the Chief minister does not know about the appointment of his personal staff's relative, the Chancellor appointing such a person without the knowledge of CM is not believable. He added that he won't allow such illegal appointments. The Chief Minister gave a reply to this in the press conference. 'No one can say more nonsense than the Governor. Does the relative of personal staff apply for the post after asking the Chief Minister? asked CM. He stated that if there is an error, let it be checked and let those who made the error suffer.
