THRISSUR: BJP-NDA workers celebrated the third term of the Modi government and the swearing-in of Suresh Gopi, who won a historic victory in Thrissur. BJP workers started celebrating from yesterday morning itself. Thousands of people, including women and children, gathered at various places with dancing and singing to celebrate Suresh Gopi's appointment as Union minister. The joyous celebration was at the booth and panchayat levels.

BJP-NDA workers celebrated Suresh Gopi's swearing-in by distributing payasam to homes, bursting crackers and distributing sweets. The jubilant demonstration was led by local leaders as all the senior leaders went to Delhi to witness the swearing-in ceremony. Activists are doubly happy as the announcement that Suresh Gopi will become Union Minister if he wins from Thrissur has come true. Preparations are underway to give a rousing welcome to Suresh Gopi, who became a Union Minister.

State leaders from Thrissur came to Delhi to witness the swearing-in ceremony of Suresh Gopi. A group including BJP State Vice President B. Gopalakrishnan, Secretary A. Nagesh, Regional President V. Unnikrishnan Master who coordinated the election work of Suresh Gopi, BJP District President Adv.KK Anish Kumar, General Secretaries Adv KR Hari, Justin Jacob, Mahila Morcha State President Nivedita Subramanian and others attended the function.
