Accusations washed away; father and children in absolute joy

KOLLAM: Happy days are coming back to the home of the six-year-old girl in Pooyappally, who was abducted. When the police denied the accusations levelled against the father, those clouds of doubts also faded away.

The child was happy with her parents and brother today. The family went to Kattadi Marthoma Parish Church near their house and prayed.

The father, Reggie, said that his daughter was perfectly healthy and cheerful, except for a slight bout of tiredness. 'My son and daughter are very happy. When ADGP MR Ajithkumar mentioned my son's bravery, everyone felt very proud.' Both children are spending their time playing, talking and gaming at home. The brother is looking forward to going back to school with his little sister. There was a crowd of relatives and acquaintances at home today to see the girl and share their happiness.

Ever since the child was abducted, the family was on the brink of severe depression. The family was relieved only when they heard the news that the girl was found at the Ashramam Ground. Thanks to everyone who helped with this. The excellence of the Kerala Police in finding the accused at the earliest cannot be praised enough. The news in the media hurt a lot but we got happy when the real culprits were caught, said the father.
