Shocking! College employee finds human skeleton inside water tank in Kariavattom campus

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A human skeleton was found inside the Kariavattom campus of Kerala University in one unusual incident. The skeleton was found inside an old water authority tank near the Botany Department. The incident happened on Wednesday evening.

As the entire area is blanketed in forest, it is not common for students or anyone to visit the premises even during day hours. The skeleton was first spotted by a campus employee. After being informed by the authorities, the Kazhakoottam police and fire brigade reached the spot.

The human Skelton was found inside a water tank that was used by the water authority years ago. The police say that a detailed investigation needs to be done about the incident. Kazhakoottam police will soon seek the help of forensics to determine the age of the skeleton and then it will be removed from the premises.
