THIRUVANTHAPURAM: A complaint has been filed against Rajeev Chandrasekhar, the NDA candidate of Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha constituency. Mahila Congress leader and lawyer Avani Bansal filed the complaint stating that wrong information was given in the nomination paper.
The affidavit said that he filed income tax returns of Rs 680 in 2021-2022. He has revealed that he has assets of Rs 28 crore. However, it is alleged in the complaint that Rajeev Chandrasekhar has not disclosed the information of major companies including Jupiter Capital.
Avani has also released the property tax receipts paid by Rajeev Chandrasekhar, which he had not disclosed the ownership of the residence in Bengaluru.

Avani also stated that she has lodged a complaint with the Thiruvananthapuram district collector, who is the electoral officer, regarding the wrong information in the affidavit. UDF has also come forward demanding rejection of Rajeev Chandrasekhar's paper, which has given wrong information in the affidavit.
