Actress’ voice message made Unni Mukundan block Mahima's number; reveals actor

Unni Mukundan-Mahima Nambiar starrer 'Jai Ganesh' will release on April 11. The two actors are presently busy with the promotional activities of their film. During an interview held as part of this, Unni Mukundan had revealed that he had blocked actress Mahima Nambiar's phone number for seven years. Actress Mahima has now revealed the reason for blocking the number.

Scriptwriter Udayakrishna gave Unni Mukundan’s number to Mahima. Mahima, who had a cordial relationship with Udayakrishna called him 'Udayan'. Mahima got Unni Mukundan’s number from Udayakrishna to say something about pet dogs. Then Mahima sent a voice message to Unni and it said 'Udayan' twice.

Unni blocked her number before she sent a second message. After Mahima called Udayakrishna ‘Udayan’, Unni thought that she was arrogant and so blocked her. Unni Mukundan said that he realized that her number was blocked only during the shoot of their new film 'Jai Ganesh' and later unblocked it.

'Unni Mukundan blocked me on WhatsApp for seven years. We acted together for the first time in the film 'Masterpiece'. Unni Mukundan was the villain in it. Unni was quick tempered then. He just asked my name. I love pet dogs. My dog's trainer breeds Rottweilers. He was interested in gifting a Rottweiler to Unni Mukundan. I wanted to convey this to him and so got the number from Udayakrishna. Udayan is my godfather. I sent a voice message to Unni when I got his number.

Unni, I am Mahima. Udayan gave me your number. I conveyed the message to him. However, he blocked me before sending a second message. I didn't understand the reason behind it. Then Udayan told me the matter. How arrogant is she calling you Udaya. Is this the way to address elders, Unni told Udayakrishnan, whom he calls Udayetta. That block remained there for seven years', said Mahima.
