NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi dreams that the BJP should return to power by winning more than 400 seats. The BJP had launched its action plan for this a year ago. However, election analyst and activist Yogendra Yadav predicts that 400 seats will remain just a dream for the BJP and that it will only get a maximum of 260 seats on its own.

Yogendra Yadav also said that the Lok Sabha election results would mark the beginning of the Congress' comeback in the country. He said that the grand old party would improve its position by winning more than 100 seats this time. The Congress had not won even 50 seats in the previous Lok Sabha polls.

"The BJP would get 240-260 seats this time. All the other parties in the NDA front can get up to 35-45 seats. Meanwhile, the Congress might win 85-100 seats. Apart from the Congress, the other parties of the INDIA alliance can get up to 120-135 seats," Yogendra Yadav said.

Most of the predictions are claiming that the NDA will retain power at the Centre. Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy claimed that no front will get a majority in the elections and that the YSR Congress will be the kingmaker this time.
