Two people die in Mavelikkara as concrete roof of car porch collapses

ALAPPUZHA: Two people met with a tragic end after the concrete roof of a building under construction collapsed in Vazhuvadi in Mavelikkara. The deceased have been identified as Mavelikkara Kallumala native Anandan (50) and Chettikulangara native Suresh (55). Both of them are construction workers.

The accident took place while demolishing the car porch of the house. One person was injured. Police are conducting an investigation regarding the incident.
