KOCHI: The Customs has asked Chief Minister's former principal secretary M Sivasankar not to appear for questioning on Tuesday. He will be asked to appear for questioning on another day. It is learned that Customs has asked him to appear later to gather more evidence. The decision comes at a time when the investigation in connection with the gold smuggling case was moving towards higher officials
Earlier, Customs had asked Sivasankar to appear for questioning on Tuesday. He was directed to appear on Tuesday along with the evidence on which his statement was based.
