P C George donates Rs 1000 for Ram Temple construction

KOTTAYAM: P C George MLA has donated Rs 1,000 for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. RSS-BJP leaders sought donation from him when he came to attend a wedding ceremony at Kottayam Pallikkathottam. He soon donated Rs 1,000 to R Rajesh, RSS Kottayam Seva Pramukh.

After donating the amount, George said as a representative his stand is to see everyone equally. He also said the stand of Congress MLA Eldhose Kunnappilly, criticising him for his contribution, is wrong.

BJP state committee member N Hari, Kottayam district president advocate Noble Mathew, leaders R Rajeev, Sathish Chandran Master, Ajeesh Kumar were present at the function.
