KOCHI: The executive committee of the actors' association, AMMA, has revoked the decision to terminate a female office manager. The committee also placed Treasurer Unni Shivapal on compulsory leave following allegations of mental harassment raised by Athulya Prakash, a native of Muppathadom in Aluva.

Additionally, the meeting accepted the resignation of Joint Secretary Ansiba. Speaking to the media, AMMA President Shwetha Menon stated that the executive committee realised that the dismissal of the office manager was an incorrect move.

"The decision taken by two executive committee members was wrong," Shwetha Menon said. She added that no action will be taken against General Secretary Kukku Parameswaran for the time being. The employee's complaint was received on March 6, and she was informed it would be discussed in the next meeting. Further decisions regarding other matters will also be made during the upcoming session.
