KOLLAM: The remand tenure of Reshma, a resident of Kalluvathukkal in Kollam who abandoned her new born baby on a heap of dry leaves, will end today. The investigating team will be recording the secret statements of many including her husband Vishnu. Police believe that no one else is involved in the case.

Reshma is presently under observation in jail following Covid-19. The police have decided to get her into custody and question her in detail after she recovers from the disease. The investigation team will move the court tomorrow seeking her custody.

The police will take her to the place where she abandoned her baby to collect evidence. The police will register the statement of the youth who revealed that it was Greeshma and Arya who chatted with Reshma after creating a fake Facebook account.
