THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Income tax officials raided various offices and centers of two quarry companies in the state. Rs 2.30 crore was seized. Records of illegal income and transactions worth Rs 200 crore were recovered. The raids were carried out at more than 35 centers in Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad and Kannur districts. The actual sale was found to be hidden. Parallel account books and digital evidence were seized. The Income Tax Department said the investigation is progressing.
