KANNUR: KV Thomas said that K Sudhakaran has a good handwriting and therefore he can write a letter. KV Thomas was responding to a letter written by KPCC president to Sonia Gandhi demanding stern action against him for violating the party ban and attending the CPM party congress seminar. KV Thomas said that he is with Congress and could not be expelled from the primary membership of a democratic party like the Congress. He said that he was a representative of people for a long time because he had the approval of the people and therefore he was not afraid of Sudhakaran's letter.
If leaders who openly expressed their views had to leave the party, then AK Antony and Vayalar Ravi would be the first to leave the party, said KV Thomas.
Earlier Sudhakaran had asked the High Command to take stern action against KV Thomas who participated in the CPM party congress seminar violating of the ban of the Congress leadership. KV Thomas violated party discipline and attended the seminar according to a pre-arranged script. High Command will decide on the course of action, said KPCC President Sudhakaran. KV Thomas had been in discussions with CPM leaders for a year, clarified Sudhakaran.
